Full-suite website services:

On-page SEO, off-page SEO, website design/refresh, citation & backlinks, content creation, social media posting, Google ads management and more.

If we were contracted to do On-Page SEO for example, this would be our process:

#1 We do a full audit on your site. It will identify shortcomings and errors.

#2 Fix all errors first and clean up bad code. Have to start with a good foundation, don’t we?!

#3 Adjust code and images/videos to speed up your site. Google rewards a fast loading site… because the visitors love it.

#4 Based on your target keywords the titles, meta tags, the content and more is adjusted to match the keywords that we know will put your site in front of the customers you seek.

#5 From here it goes on and on, tweaking and adding. SEO almost never ends! The beautiful thing is it’s always beneficial.

On-page SEO refers to the technical work that is done to the underlying framework of your website. Off-page SEO refers to the external factors that influence your website’s overall internet presence, such as articles, blogs, citations or social media.

We are focused on optimizing websites in the rental and accommodation industry: hotels, motels and cottages.

The innSite team consists of individuals expertly trained and educated in programming and computer science as their career choice.

Google evaluates up to 200 unique data points to determine how to rank your website in its search engine.

Your improved placement in the search results will be the first and most noticeable sign of success. You’ll be more findable to your potential clients. This converts to more calls, sales, and, most importantly, revenue.

You can expect to see an improvement in as soon as 5-7 weeks. At this point, we’re waiting for Google to catch up.

We provide you with a monthly report detailing rankings and other important metrics.

These are detailed reports containing information about your website such as ranking, traffic analysis, where your visitors are coming from, what pages are they visiting, keywords performance, social metrics and month-over-month changes that are delivered to you on a monthly basis. Unlike other SEO businesses we don’t gate-keep information; we subscribe to a philosophy of transparency and believe in demonstrating the tangible and actual results of our efforts.

Time is money. From research, we know what changes to make and quickly. To make a real impact, tinkering with comprehensive SEO is too in-depth for an average business owner to undertake. And remember, travel accommodation is our niche! Other web agencies work for anybody and everybody.

Learning and owning your data helps you to understand what you need to do more of, what you need to dial in on and what you need to ditch. Making small changes such as increasing the conversion rate of just one page can positively impact your growth and profits. Now, imagine a team of experts, who are passionate about data and understand these systems, are put to work on your corner of the internet. This is the type of work that no one is going to see but your bank account will notice.

Conversion should be top-of-mind for entrepreneurs and business owners. This is the act of turning a website visitor into a paying customer. A simple and effective way of accomplishing an improved conversion rate is to produce a stellar website that encourages visitors to stay and explore.

You have some semblance of success in your business right now and are mindful of how your marketing dollars are invested. In order to calculate a realistic and sensible budget we want you to consider some factors: how long has your company been operating, do you have a functioning website, what is the average cost of your products or services, how many employees do you have and what is your approximate gross revenue from last year. We would be happy to demonstrate which package would both acquire optimal success and complement your budget, and, can provide encouraging anecdotal experiences from real-life clients who use our services.

Absolutely. Although, once we begin optimizing your website you will notice quite quickly that you no longer need the support from third-party platforms. The cost of commissions (between 18-20%) will be much greater than our fees and legitimize the expense.

What Is Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

SEO is:

Strategies used by website builders to make sites easier to find in search engines, particularly Google. It’s a proven way to help you rank higher on searches. This way, it is more likely for your site to appear near the top of the list of search results whenever someone searches for keywords or topics. This optimizes your site’s quality and trustworthiness while improving the visitor’s experience.

SEO is not:

The use of click-bait style headlines or meta titles with an attempt to attract masses of visitors to your page, only to disappoint them when your content does not match their expectations. Padding your content with keywords hoping that the more times a popular keyword is repeated, the higher the content will rank on Google.

Simply put: if you do not appear on the first page search results, you will not be found.

Forbes recommends, “as a small business owner, SEO should be top of mind.”

“This is particularly true if you’re on a budget and don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on paid ads. SEO can improve your website’s visibility and, in turn, increase conversions and sales.”

As opposed to paid ads, sponsored posts or suggested search results because they consider the naturally ranked websites more trustworthy.

there is no way to “cheat” at SEO.

Google’s algorithms are highly sophisticated and are able to identify if content is valuable and high quality. When content meets this criteria Google will rank it high. Conversely, Google recognize shortcuts and poor quality SEO work, content that will be penalized and, therefore, rank lower.
